Fee Schedule
The fee schedule is guided by the Australian Psychological Society's National Schedule of Suggested Fees.
The cost for a standard 50-minute psychology session is $280, which includes both in-person and Telehealth sessions.
Please note that any additional services requested, such as support letters and report writing, will incur a fee as discussed.

Payments
Session fees are due at the end of your appointment. Payment can be made via EFTPOS or directly through the practice management software.
Rebates
Clients who have a current Mental Health Care Plan from a General Practitioner, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician are eligible to claim a Medicare rebate on up to 10 sessions per year. The rebate for a 50-minute session with a clinical psychologist is $141.85. Please provide a copy of your referral and Mental Health Care Plan prior to or at your first session. Clients may also be eligible for a rebate under a Private Health Insurance policy. Please contact your provider to confirm eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule with as much notice as possible.
Please note that any cancellation within less than 48 hours of your scheduled session will incur a late cancellation fee.
This is to ensure effective management of scheduling, as well as providing the opportunity for other clients to access support.
The cancellation fee compensates for the time that had been set aside in preparation of the appointment.
Cancellations less than 48-hours notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged ($140).
